What Mangkhut bring out

Today is the day after the typhoon. The typhoon either damage some of the school facilities or damage tree. It even bring out some rubbishes which is people throw in the sea. Because of it, the Education Bureau announces class suspension of all the kindergarten, primary school and secondary school today.
