Typhoon Mangkhut

Today was the day that Mangkhut is the most nearest Hong Kong. Although Mangkhut is 131km from Hong Kong, it still have a strong effect to Hong Kong.

Today, Hong Kong Observatory effective some signal of typhoon.

First, No. 8 northeast gale or storm signal is effective at 01:10a.m.

Next, No. 9 Gale or Storm Wind Enhancement Signal is effective at 07:40a.m.f

Then, Hurricane Signal No. 10 is effective at 09:40a.m. until now.

Until now, there are 22 trees collapsed.

And the signal of TV are not stable.
