Resume classes

Today, most of the colleges and universities are resume class. Just has a few of college are still suspension.

On the other hand most of the VTC college are resume without Shine Skills Centre (SSC) but there are some of the vac student are complain that they can go to school because they are living too far or because of the school facilities are still incomplete.
